WakeBolt legal

Terms of use

Effective date: September 4, 2026

These terms apply when you use WakeBolt, an iPhone app and account service operated by Arkangl, Inc. By using WakeBolt, you agree to these terms.

Using WakeBolt

You may use WakeBolt only as permitted by law and these terms. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to harm others.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your device and sign-in account. Keep your device and provider account secure, and contact us if you believe your WakeBolt account has been compromised. You may delete your WakeBolt account from the app's Profile screen.

Alarm limitations

Alarm delivery depends on your iPhone, iOS permissions, device power, settings, and other conditions outside WakeBolt's control. Check important alarms and keep a backup where a missed alarm could cause injury, danger, or serious loss. Do not rely on WakeBolt for emergency or safety-critical alerts.

Purchases

If WakeBolt offers an App Store purchase or subscription, Apple processes it under Apple's terms. Deleting your WakeBolt account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions through Apple.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. WakeBolt is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. These limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

Intellectual property

WakeBolt, its software, branding, and content belong to Arkangl, Inc. or its licensors. These terms allow personal use of the app but do not transfer ownership.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and effective date here, and provide additional notice when required by law.
